autoChalk Office is your back office
application for managing all ticket and scofflaw archiving, appeals
and in office ticketing. Print reports, draw up new parking zones
and update scofflaw lists for automatic synchronization with your
autoChalk Mobile units.
Wireless Communication
All ticket data captured on
autoChalk Mobile is transferred wirelessly to autoChalk Office.
Policies, scofflaw lists and parking zone time periods are
transferred wirelessly to autoChalk Mobile. Exchange of data is fast
and secure and can be done once a day or multiple times.
Review Tickets 
Review the day's tickets by PEO, license plate or
by specific date. Tickets are stored in an Oracle database including
all ticket details and images.
Zoom in to any part of the image to inspect the
ticket or to discuss an appeal.
Manage Your Parkers More Effectively.
autoChalk
Office gives you the power to
manage your enforcement, for example forgiving out of town visitors,
while targeting scofflaws with escalating fines.
autoChalk Office manages violations captured by autoChalk
Mobile, and gives you unprecedented power to:
- examine before and after photos of infracting vehicles
- zoom into photo for details
- use autoChalk
LPR to look up vehicle owner and address
- use escalating fines to target repeat offenders
- mail gentle reminders for out-of-town visitors to invite
them back but to park in designated areas
- large ticket format (8.5" x 11") gives plenty of room to
provide information on where to park and avoid tickets, e.g.
daily parking lots on town map
- reduces errors, confrontations, and appeals
Tannery's high performance autoChalk system increases your PEO's
inspection rate by three or more times.
List and Distribute Scofflaws
Add new scofflaws with simple addition and
deletion menus. Import from other applications. All scofflaw changes
are transmitted out to the autoChalk Mobile units.
Reports
Reports are available for a variety of data
including daily, weekly, month and yearly, by PEO and by street.
Different reports can be created as required.
Parking Zones
Individual and default parking zones can be
created with different time periods such as 2 hours, 90 minutes, 30
minutes and so on. Use Tannery's easy to use zone generator and when
autoChalk Mobile resynchronizes to the Office, the new time zones
and time limits are transferred to the autoChalk Mobile units.
